Office Hours
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. HST
Tuesday & Saturday – 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. HST
Friday – 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. HST
Sunday – Closed
Hours may vary depending on occupancy and staffing. If assistance is needed outside of these hours or if the office is not open during the posted hours, please use the afterhours phone to reach the manager on duty.
Check-In Instructions
Check-in begins at 2:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Upon arrival look for the timeshare office, located under the tennis court on the north end of the covered parking area. If the office is open, our front desk clerk will assist the guest.
If the office is closed, look for the lock box on the timeshare office door Inside the lock box will be an envelope with the guest’s name. The envelope will contain a pool/gate key, a door code, a parking pass, Wi-Fi info, and a property map. You will receive the code to the lock box the morning of your arrival at 8am HST via your booking channel.

Check-out Instructions
Check-out is at 10am the morning of departure. Please complete the following before departing:
1. Take out the trash. Bins are located on both ends of the parking lot and recycling is located on the north end of the parking lot only.
2. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
3. Strip the murphy bed if used.
4. Return the key(s) and parking pass to the office. If the office is closed, place the keys in the lock box on the Timeshare office door. You will receive the code to the lock box the morning of your arrival at 8am HST via the Airbnb app.

Property Rules
Please take a moment to review the following documents regarding the rules of the Kuleana Club Association and the Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO). All guests are required to abide by these rules. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or eviction from the property.
Charges
It is our intention to have no additional charges beyond what was paid at the time of your booking.
Failure to abide by the house rules may result in charges that include but are not limited to:
Lost Key(s) (As needed): $50/key
Excessive Cleaning Fee (As needed): Up to $500
Late Check-out (As needed): Up to $500
Room Damage (As needed): $500 plus the cost of repair
Over Occupancy (As needed): Up to $500
Parking violation(s) (As needed): Up to $100/occurrence
Noise Violation(s) (As needed): Up to $100/occurrence
